• Restore all Biblical patterns for the local Church;
   

• Become a model and standard for the Church;
   
• Train faithful men and women in the Word and establish them in their ministries;
   
• Prepare 'sheepfolds' (cluster churches) for the great multitude of souls to be added to the Church in this great Last Day revival and harvest; and
   
• Possess the gates (authority) of our enemies in the cities of the nations.

An apostolic/prophetic center of ministries is:

• A ministry of apostolic authority and prophetic revelation to establish and practice the doctrines of the apostles and prophets, both past and present;
   
• Commissioned and sent by the LORD to a particular place, for a particular people, at a particular time, for a particular purpose;
   
• A voice of authority advocating a distinct message;
   
• A model demonstrating the distinct message;
   
• A five-fold ministry center for equipping, establishing and activating the saints for the work of the ministry;
   
• Motivated by the zeal of the LORD for His House with a vision for the city-wide and universal Church; and
   
• Radically aggressive against the powers of darkness that usurp the rule of the Church over its city.

If you are obedient and you find an obedient and willing people, you shall eat the good of the land. For I will lay again the true foundations, and I will again build My Church to restore her glory, glory greater than the former. For greater is the end of a thing than its beginning. With great glory and power was the beginning, but it will be considered a little thing compared to what this latter house shall be.

If you are willing and obedient, you, Center of Ministries, shall be a part of what I am about to do. For it is time to complete the work of restoration in order to put on the capstone of My House.

If you are willing and obedient, I will raise up in your midst My shepherds who will lead you and teach you with great spiritual wisdom and insight and understanding. There will be a multitude of prophets and teachers to instruct you, and you shall know no lack. You shall grow in My knowledge because of them. Because of the multitude of gifts given by Me to you, you will be equipped for every good work, pleasing Me in every respect. Each one will know his place. Each one will know the anointing and enabling power of God. Each one shall add to the body for the building up of itself in love.

Many will go out, and many will return for there will be no limits or bounds to your effectiveness and outreach. You shall be a center of ministries. Hope will be your gift to the hopeless, power to the powerless, for I shall be with you wherever you go. Many will call upon you, saying, “Come, help us, show us, lead us into the fullness of our God.” You will, if you are willing and obedient. Because of My presence, the fame of you shall spread.

You shall be worshipers, for I seek such as these. Your worship of Me shall be free. As in the days of David on My holy hill shall your worship be. A multitude of singers and dancers and skilled musicians shall lead in My praise. Songs of the Lord shall flow as honey. They shall be sweet and satisfying. Great demonstrations of My Glory shall be yours.

The anointing shall flow as you flow together to the goodness of the Lord. The oil, the corn, and the wine shall be yours. You and all those who enter your gates shall be satisfied.

Great power, great grace, great love, great harvest shall be the blessing of the Lord. Love shall rule in your midst as you enter into fellowship. You shall know the true fellowship of the Spirit. You shall know the true fellowship of the saints. You shall know the true fellowship of the body.

If you are willing and obedient, you shall possess the gates of the city, for have I not promised that in My Covenant? You shall stand and cause others to stand together in unity for the purposes of God. Together you shall have great influence. The righteous can and shall yet reign before the soon coming. If you are willing, if you are an obedient people you shall see the good, you shall eat the good, and you shall enjoy the good of the land.
