By definition, an apostle is a messenger sent out on a mission as a delegate of Jesus Christ with special orders, a specific proclamation, and sufficient spiritual authority to accomplish that mission. A prophet is one who speaks for God. His words are divinely inspired, and are not a product of his own spirit. He sees and hears things beyond what is, and sees and hears those things that are in the realm of the Spirit of God. A proclamation is ‘an official publication to make known some order, intended action and state of facts.’ Proclamation implies an announcement as coming from the proper authority, made with greatest publicity, of something of great moment or significance.

As an apostolic proclamation,
the Lion’s Roar is a specific publication of God’s intended action to release apostolic power and anointing contained in these foundational truths to restore His eternal vision to the Church, and to establish a remnant of overcoming believers conformed to the image of Christ and the biblical pattern for the Church.

As a prophetic proclamation,
the Lion’s Roar is a divinely inspired announcement of a great and significant moment that releases God’s prophetic anointing to impart inspiration and vision to the saints, and to activate a remnant of overcoming believers who perform the ministry of Christ as the Royal Priesthood according to the biblical pattern of the Church.

 

The Lion's Roar is the voice of seven thunders, which are seven distinct messages of Apostolic-Prophetic Restoration. These messages are truths that flow like rivers throughout the Word of God. We proclaim and publish them with a view to the completion of God's mystery, His secret design and hidden purpose.

The voice of the thunders is calling out an overcoming remnant. It is calling those who have ears to hear the voice of God in the thunders and will come into agreement with the Lord to reveal God’s mystery, to complete, accomplish, and fulfill His Covenant upon the earth.
 

Restore My Vision [The Secret Design and Hidden Purpose]

The First Thunder of the Lion's Roar is the proclamation of the restoration of God’s eternal vision, which is about to be fulfilled in this generation. Three aspects of God’s eternal vision are presented in the First Thunder:

• The revelation of the mystery of the ages.
   
• The prophetic revelation and vision as a pattern and model for the local church.
   
• The revelation of the eternal mystery revealed through the fellowship of believers in house churches, or “cluster churches.”

Restore My Kingdom Economy and the Priesthood

The restoration of God's kingdom economy and the priesthood is the study of a present-day truth of faith principles concerning covenant tithes, offerings and alms. We explore the biblical pattern which reveals the proper receipt and distribution of monies so the Church can 1) have all the ministries of the Body of Christ restored and properly supported, 2) cover building and operational expenses, and 3) care for the poor and needy.

The restoration of God’s economy and priesthood is necessary to prepare for the complete establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth, and for all things to be accomplished when Christ Jesus returns. Therefore, it is vitally important that the biblical pattern of monetary distribution not only be presented and understood, but practiced as well. This is necessary to enable the Church to 1) experience the reality of the fullness of Christ’s ministry, 2) function as the royal priesthood of God, and 3) properly administer the covenant of God upon the earth.

Since it is absolutely necessary to properly demonstrate and administrate the covenant of God on the earth as part of the gospel witness before the Lord’s coming, we cry out like the roaring of a lion and proclaim to the Church, ‘Restore My Kingdom Economy and the Priesthood!’

Restore My Covenant Name

The LORD is raising up a holy nation and royal priesthood who know His Name. In His Name they will do great exploits. God will hallow His Name in them and vindicate His Name in the midst of all nations. If we are willing and obedient, we will take part in the vindication of His Name as members of that royal priesthood in which God hallows His Name.

The message of the Third Thunder: Restore My Covenant Name is essential for preparing and equipping the royal priesthood for the demonstration of the Kingdom of God to vindicate His Name.

The man-child, remnant church is presently in final preparation for becoming the aggressive, radical army necessary for this demonstration, which will only come through radical and aggressive spiritual warfare. God's Holy Name has long been profaned among the nations. The time appointed has come when He will vindicate His Great Name throughout the whole earth.

A mighty angel is crying out with a loud voice as when a lion roars. Therefore, we shout with a loud voice like the roaring of a lion, and utter the distinct message of the Third Thunder, “Restore My Covenant Name!”

Restore My Plummet Stone and My Measuring Line

The proclamation of the Fourth Thunder is to restore the doctrine of righteousness and justice to the Body of Christ. This doctrine, or word of righteousness, is for the spiritually mature. However, it is also for the maturing of those who have only partaken of the milk of the Gospel. The standard of righteousness is Jesus Christ, who became the chief cornerstone of the Church. This stone, which the builders rejected, has also become the plummet stone and the standard of divine order in the Church. The Lord is dropping the plummet of divine order into the Church that we may properly line up with the Head and with each member of His body.

Jesus Christ is the measuring line. He is the standard of measurement for spiritual growth, maturity of character, and perfect performance to which the last-day church will attain. God is stretching His measuring line across the Body of Christ. With a loud voice, the Spirit of God is crying out, “Measure up!”

Restore My Kingdom Government of Love

The Fifth Thunder: Restore My Kingdom Government of Love is a message to the Church clarifying its role in the present age with a view to the age to come. The Church is God's kingdom government on the earth now. As His priests and ministers, we are magistrates of the King of kings who rules and reigns over the whole earth from heaven.

In the Fifth Thunder, we discuss the ministry of the members of the Body of Christ and the role of the Church in light of God’s kingdom government of love. The Church is to manifest and demonstrate agape love, which is the nature of God’s true government.

The true Church of Christ is more than just a religious body of priests. It is the general assembly of the governing body of the Kingdom of God upon the earth. It is to exercise Christ’s authority in righteousness with justice for all. It is to care for its needy and poor without abusing those who have prospered. Neither the rich nor the poor, neither the strong nor the weak, are to be favored. All are to know the loving care of the Father of all spirits and the provision of the Almighty God through His Son.

Restore My Rule and Reign of Righteousness and Justice

The Sixth Thunder is a prophetic view of God’s objective that He will accomplish through His Church. The prophetic voice of Isaiah proclaims, “Restore My rule and reign of righteousness and justice.” It foretells of the Day of the Lord when righteousness and justice will be a reality on the earth. Now, before that Great Day of the Lord, the Church is to rule and reign in righteousness and justice.

The prophetic word of Malachi warns the priesthood to exercise its ministry and spiritual authority given by the Lord Jesus Christ to overcome the works of unrighteousness and injustice, not perpetuate them.

The rule and reign of the priesthood with righteousness and justice is in preparation for the Coming of Christ and the Day of the Lord.

Restore My Authority Over Cities

The distinct message of the Seventh Thunder is to restore the Lord’s authority over cities. God's authority exercised through the strategic intercession of the royal priesthood will displace principalities of darkness. These spiritual forces and powers of darkness, which now rule and influence our cities, are usurpers of the authority of the Kingdom of God which Jesus gave to the local church.

In the Seventh Thunder, we present AIM On Target, a Standard for Intercessors. It defines God’s objective, exposes our opponent, and clarifies strategic spiritual operations. It reveals God’s method to regain and to establish His spiritual authority over cities through the local church.

Prayer-Power-Principles reveal appropriate action the royal priesthood should take to accomplish God’s objective and overcome the opponent through the operations of intercession.

To realize God’s promises and accomplish the Lord’s command to restore His authority over cities, a course of action is presented in the Seventh Thunder to unite, instruct, appoint and anoint a remnant chosen by God to be His watchmen and intercessors for a special assignment. These intercessors watch over His Word for its performance concerning the local, city wide church and its city. We call the ministry of this remnant company Appointed Intercessors Ministry (AIM).
